If I had been on top of my game, the boys would have gotten Grandpa something from delias florist didsbury for Father’s Day. However, to my own credit, I was kind of busy for the last few days leading up to it — probably going on a week by that point, so it’s not as if it had total reason to skip my mind. Then again, the first half of this summer can probably be summed up best by using the single word “busy”. I’ve more or less finished transferring out to the four-year university that I would most like to attend, and they seem to want me, which is great! I got my finalized associate-level transcript sent over to them, signed up for the nearest available Transfer Connection and am almost completely done getting ready for my first semester there. All I have to do is figure out which classes to start off with, and I am pretty much done with the things that have a timeline on them!

Another noteworthy thing related to that is that I got my bacterial meningitis shot this afternoon. At best, it was only uncomfortable for a second. And it’s not like I’m a baby…
