My thoughts about favicons…
Tuesday, September 9, 2008 19:05The idea for this wonderful Spark was created by Dragon Blogger, who’s also written an extremely informative article on his blog about favicons and how they make your blog more fun. You guys should go check him out and read it!
And in that regard, I completely agree with him. They make your blog stand out more on someone’s favorite places list when they browse it, and that’s more likely to make them want to return to your site. So far, I’ve worked on a favicon for this blog, and I’m going to be working on favicons for more of my blogs and websites as time permits. I’m sure that most of you have seen the favicon that I’ve made for this blog, which is a humorous picture of my one-year-old son, Jason. As for favicons that I like, I’m a fan of the prettier ones that people take at least a little bit of time and effort into making, although for the most part any favicon is better than no favicons at all. And with that said, off to work I go!

I used to make favicons for my websites. I guess, I just am not that good in making one that’s why I stopped.

I like your favicon, I knew it looked like a baby’s head. So you did the 16×16 justice if I was able to guess what the logo was.
