Just a little bit, though -- nothing major after the first day or so! As far as the twinges go, they're pretty mild. As a matter of fact, they're no greater than a small menstrual cramp; two days into it, they're coming less and less, and two Ibuprofen completely knock away the pain if I feel so inclined to take them. I can kind of feel it in there on one side if I concentrate, but it's not a painful feeling... just like my body knows it's there.
